- Municipal Elections in Gracefield and Lac-Sainte-Marie
- Election to the Prefecture of the MRC de la Vallée de la Gatineau
If you are registered on the municipal voters list and on the MRC de la Vallée de la Gatineau voters list and you did not vote on the advance polling day on October 31, please vote this Sunday, November 7, between 9:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
These municipal and MRC votes are very important! For the health of our watershed lakes and of our environment, we must ensure that we have the support of the municipal and regional elected officials.
NOTE: You must already be registered to vote.
Bring two pieces of photo identification among the following:
- Driver’s license
- Health insurance card
- Canadian passport
- Certificate of Indian Status
- Canadian Armed Forces Identity Card
NOTE: Secondary residence owners can vote with the documents mentioned above. If you have the document(s) that confirm that you are registered on the voters list, it would be helpful (but not mandatory) to bring it (them) along to speed the identification procedures.
Elections are taking place in all municipalities and MRCs in Quebec soon. You must be registered on your municipality’s electoral list in order to vote.
The communications committee of the BV Lac Heney Watershed Association has written these few documents of interest to help you make your choices. The information therein is abbreviated and collated to make reading easier; they include the information that we were able to obtain from the candidates; others either did not answer our questions, or could not be reached.
If you have any questions, please send us a note via the Contact Us tab.
