Order of Business:
Lac Heney Foundation
The Foundation agenda will include a vote from members to approve last year’s audited financial statements and to elect new and ongoing directors to the Board. The financial statements will be provided to Foundation members electronically prior to the meeting.
Governance of the Foundation is distinct from the Association. Expressions of interest in joining the membership of the Foundation are welcome. Please contact Tom McKenna (see below).

The Association agenda will include a vote from members to approve last year’s income statement and report by the Accounting Review Committee, approve the 2026-27 budget, elect the President and new and ongoing directors to the Board. The formal reports and resolutions, including the State of the Lake PowerPoint, will be posted prior to the AGM.
