The LSM municipality has set up a boat washing station to help protect our waterways from destructive invasive species. The boat washing station was put in place May 17 and is located at the entrance to the village near the public dock, between the municipal campground and the community centre. It is easily accessible without having to back up and it includes all the accessories required to wash a boat, its motor
and its livewell, if applicable.

The Municipal Council has decided to offer the service free of charge to all users to promote its use.
So… all you have to do is to do your part to protect our beautiful waterways!
