BVLH Spring Communique

The Bassin Versant du Lac Heney Watershed association contributes to the well-being of our community in protecting our lakes and their watershed: lake Desormeaux, Barbue, Noir and Vert.

The things you like to do on the lake, whether it is swimming, fishing, boating, hiking or just sitting on the dock, all depend on the quality of the water in the watershed lakes and the environment.

Your membership supports your volunteer board’s efforts to keep you informed of new developments such as mining claims, monitoring the quality of our lakes and advocate for policies supporting responsible use, protection, and enjoyment on your behalf and all of the watershed property owners.

With more members, we are better positioned to advocate for members’ interests with the municipalities. The lakes need your support, join us in our efforts. Information on the work of the association and how to become a member can be found here: Online Membership Registration
