Association and Foundation 2022 Annual Meetings – Saturday September 3, 9:30am

Location: Lac-Sainte-Marie Community Centre, 2nd floor, 10-B rue du Centre, Lac-Sainte-Marie

The 2022 AGM will return to a physical meeting in Lac Sainte Marie, Saturday, September 3.

We will confirm by email and on the website if anything in the current COVID-19 situation impacts on venue and numbers of attendees.

Meeting program:

  • 9:15 AM – coffee & muffins
  • 9:30 AM – Foundation AGM
  • 10:00 AM – Association AGM
  • 11:30 AM – meeting wrap-up

Lac Heney Foundation

The Foundation agenda will include a vote from members to approve last year’s audited financial statements and to elect new and ongoing directors to the Board.

Association for the Protection of Lac Heney

The Association agenda will include a vote from members to approve last year’s income statement, report by the Audit Committee and the 2022 budget, and to elect new and ongoing directors to the Board.

The formal reports and resolutions, including the State of the Lake PowerPoint, will be posted by mid-August.

Governance of the Foundation is distinct from the Association. Expressions of interest in joining the membership of the Foundation are welcome. Please contact Tom McKenna, Foundation President.
